What's included

- Preparing the tenancy agreement.
- Preparing the inventory and a state-of-repair assessment on the property.
- Checking the tenant in and agreeing the inventory with them.
- Collecting the rent from the tenant each month.
- Transferring rental income to your account and providing statements, so you always know where things stand.
- Re-letting the property as quickly as possible to minimise any empty periods.
- Dealing with the legal side of the tenancy and property — including evictions, non-payment, harassment, or issues with squatters.
- Keeping you informed of the latest safety regulations affecting your property.
